BETTER EXERCISES

I will include exercises which I think are least likely to cause harm, and most likely to benefit the majority.

High impact exercises, such as jogging, have filled A&E departments at hospitals for years! If you're lucky enough to be very fit, then that's great, but so many take up sports after leading a sedentary lifestyle then wonder why they've damaged their ankle or knee.

Learning relaxation methods help you listen to your body, and once you've awoken that ability you'll find exercises that suit you as an individual.
