I couldn't believe it because I tried something similar (but very expensive) when it was a new invention, and it didn't do anything … lucky that I only try new things that give your money back. Then press the button on the top, holding the metal part, and you'll feel a tingling so you know it's working. It doesn't hurt or even feel unpleasant - and I'm a wimp, so it must be OK!
