ABOUT FEEL BETTER 2DAY

I'm Linda, and I've had chronic back pain for over 10 years. That's a long time to have been prodded, investigated, and experimented on. I know there's a place for orthodox medicine, but I also know it hasn't worked for me.

There are a lot of people who have been let down by the system. That's why I wanted to start this site to share hope. 

Pain isn't the end - it's a beginning!

I can honestly say I'm much happier now than when I was fully fit and pain-free. I've done extensive research and investigations, so you'll be able to find lots of information to help you.

Feel Better 2day won't be full of scare stories, there are too many of those in our media - switch the TV over to a comedy, and stop buying newspapers! ... That's my first step to happiness.

Stop feeling afraid and helpless, there are lots of answers that will help you get better - not worse. Being back in control of your life after you feel it's been taken away by pain is a wonderful way to live.

Feel Better 2day is about getting back to basics:

1)  Care about yourself first, before anyone or anything else.

2)  Learn about the food you eat, and treat it as fuel for a healthier body.

3)  Find non-invasive techniques which suit you as an individual.

5)  Discover your passion (mine's photography).

6)  Laugh every day!
